Sharp is an Rochester area native who studied clarinet at Hochstein School of Music. Sharp also played piano as well as cello. Her enthusiasm for school theatre was the reason she applied to The Boston Conservatory, where she was awarded an award. She received her B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp following her graduation. Sharp focused her energy on the stage. Sharp performed on her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp made her debut Off Broadway with Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. She also played eight characters in the interactive comedic Eat the Runt. Sharp has also been seen in Abyssinia as well as Aida. Some of her other roles included: Thunder Knockin', Jitney and The Producers. Sharp has other ideas which she's working on as well as her projects for stage and screen. Sharp is still performing and is working on an album of full length. Sharp enjoys staying fit and stays in great shape by studying Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp lives in Los Angeles, California with her family.
