Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
When she was initially inspired through the shadows she saw on the grass of the trees, she worked for months in developing a process that didn't depict the object in a 2D picture. Rather the subject is transformed into a representation of the subject in which the painting is the vehicle for its personal interpretation by painting, particularly in the case of living or perishable items, such as people or fruits. Alexa's style of painting is one of ephemeral, and only photos of her work remain. Photography and painting techniques are closely coordinated and result in a flat two-dimensional area that is trompe l'oeil. Certain areas of the photo like hair and eyes, display the three-dimensional dimension. Meade will sometimes integrate her painted model into the environment around her, which allows for her to work within the context of their own. The result is a blurring of the lines between photography, painting, and installation.
